Withdrawal and Rescheduling Policy

1. General principle

Badass Tattoo Academy courses have limited places, allocated trainers, prepared consumables and a calendar planned in advance. Enrolment should be made only after the participant checks the schedule, city, availability and payment conditions.

2. Advance payment

A place is reserved based on the advance payment communicated by the team. The remaining amount and payment deadline are confirmed before the course starts.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are analyzed individually, depending on the calendar, available places, notice period and organizational impact.

4. Non-attendance

If a participant does not attend a confirmed course without prior discussion, the academy may not be able to keep the place or transfer the reservation.
