These terms explain how Badass Tattoo Academy presents its courses, handles enquiries, enrolment discussions, advance payments and participation conditions.
1. Website operator
The Badass Tattoo Academy website is operated by Badass Art Studio, CUI 51347005, Trade Register no. J2025013309009, with registered office at Str. Buziaș nr. 46, Sector 1, Bucharest.
Courses are organized in Bucharest and Constanta, according to the published calendar and the details confirmed by the team.
2. Programs
The website presents the accredited tattoo course, Tattoo Experience, the intensive piercing course, realism / micro-realism masterclasses and related educational pages.
3. Enrolment
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message does not automatically confirm enrolment. A place is confirmed only after the team communicates availability, price, documents, payment steps and the required advance payment.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, available places and exact organizational details may change by group and are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before enrolment.
5. Responsibility
Participants must attend the confirmed schedule, respect hygiene rules, follow trainer instructions and use the equipment responsibly.
